These Terms apply to customers, stores, gift shops, service providers, and wedding halls that use the Bridal mobile application, website, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bridal, you agree to these Terms.

If you register a business, store, service provider, or wedding hall, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your password and verification codes secure.
• Update your account information whenever it changes.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.

3. Bridal's Role

Bridal is a marketplace that connects customers with independent stores, gift shops, service providers, and wedding halls.

Each provider is responsible for its products, services, prices, bookings, deliveries, and overall quality.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Review all booking or order details before confirming.
• Provide correct contact and delivery information.
• Arrive on time for appointments and reservations.
• Treat providers and Bridal support respectfully.

5. Business Responsibilities

• Keep listings, prices, photos, and availability accurate.
• Update calendars and stock regularly.
• Honor accepted bookings and orders.
• Comply with all applicable laws and licenses.
• Do not offer illegal or misleading products or services.

6. Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in the displayed currency. Service or delivery fees may apply and will be shown before confirmation.

Availability may change at any time. A booking or order is confirmed only after Bridal displays a confirmation.

7. Orders and Bookings

Customers should verify all details before confirming. Providers must fulfill accepted orders or promptly notify the customer if they cannot.

8. Payments, Wallet, and Subscriptions

Bridal may offer wallet payments and other payment methods. By confirming a transaction, you authorize the displayed payment amount.

Business accounts may have free or paid subscription plans. A subscription does not guarantee bookings or sales.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the provider and the displayed terms at the time of booking or purchase.

If there is a problem, contact Bridal Support as soon as possible.

10. Reviews and Content

• Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
• Do not upload illegal, misleading, or offensive content.
• Bridal may remove content that violates these Terms.
• You allow Bridal to use uploaded content to operate and promote the Platform.

11. Privacy and Notifications

If location permission is granted, Bridal may use your location to provide nearby services.

Bridal may send notifications related to your account, orders, bookings, wallet, and subscriptions. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Use

• Fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Fake bookings or false reviews.
• Attempting to access other accounts or interfere with the Platform.
• Using customer information for unrelated purposes.

13. Suspension or Deletion

Bridal may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

You may request account deletion, but existing orders, bookings, and obligations will remain in effect.

14. Availability and Liability

Bridal works to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Bridal is not responsible for the quality, delays, cancellations, or actions of stores, service providers, or wedding halls except where required by law.

15. Changes

Bridal may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Libya.
